The absorption unit stays in positive engagement with the belt pulley at its outer periphery (11b) by using a connection unit (12). The absorption unit and the connection unit are connected with one another by a vulcanizing process. A flexible contact section is arranged at the outer periphery of the connection unit and stays in contact with the belt pulley.
