La présente invention concerne le domaine général des agrégats artificiels utilisés pour la fabrication de bétons, plâtres et mortiers allégés.On préconise ici l'utilisation de particules de polymère organique incluant, préalablement à leur expansion, des microparticules de graphite, à titre d'agrégats artificiels pour remplacer totalement ou partiellement des agrégats naturels genre sable ou gravier, dans le cadre de la fabrication de matériaux de construction allégés. La teneur des particules de polymère organique en microparticules de graphite, exprimée en poids par rapport au poids desdites particules, est comprise entre 1 et 20 %, de préférence entre 2 et 3 %.Ces particules de polymère organique graphité améliorent les caractéristiques de résistance et d'isolation des matériaux obtenus ; de plus, en association avec un liant hydraulique de type ciment gris, elles améliorent l'aspect des produits obtenus. |
