description | L'invention concerne les moteurs d'aéronef.
PURPOSE: To improve safety by a method wherein a hoop stress during operation is received by a ring surrounding a rotor and maintaining a plurality of propeller blades and a device is provided to receive a part of the hoop stress when the ring is broken. CONSTITUTION: Tension is applied on a polygonal ring 29, receiving the centrifugal load of a fan blade as a hoop stress, through the centrifugal load of a blade. A pair of parallel bands 50 are attached to the periphery of the polygonal ring 29. When a crack 53 occurs to one of the rails 29, which is broken, the band 50 receives most of a hoop stress, heretofore supporting a rail, in substitution. It is suppressed that wide deformation of a broken rail occurs to an imaginary rail 29PH, and the rail 29 having no damage prevents inducing of a torsional stress to break sound rails 29. This constitution, even when a ring is broken, maintains a blade pitch and performs safety operation. |
