description PURPOSE: To decrease the number of control apparatus by connecting a fluid control valve to a heat medium housing space or between this heat medium housing space and a pressurization side of a circulating pump and connecting the other junction of this fluid control valve preferably to a discharge pipe. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus is provided with the heat supply space or a vessel or autoclave 19 having the internal space joined with the heat supply space via a heat permeable material, the space for the heat medium, preferably a mantle space 23 and a conduit circuit for the heat medium having a circulating pump 15. The fluid control valve 11 is connected to the heat medium housing space or between the heat medium housing space and the pressurization side of the circulating pump 15. The other juncture of the fluid control valve 11 is preferably connected to the discharge pipe 26. A water introducing valve 27, a brine introducing pipe 28 or other heat medium introducing pipe is directly or indirectly connected via a heat medium introducing valve, preferably a water introducing valve 1 and brine introducing valve 3 to the suction side of the circulating pump 15. Consequently, the number of the control apparatus may be decreased.
