CONSTITUTION: A switching transistor 5 as a source of test signal is connected with an connecting point 1 of all of inductance elements L through a resistance RV. When a detection of a glow plug, a predetermined voltage is generated from a voltage divider which consists of a resistance RL between a connecting point 3 and a ground and a resistance RK of the glow plug just after a switch S is released, then a voltage pulse is added to a switching transistor 5. The voltage is detected by a glow plug observer 7 and compared with a voltage which is made by a voltage divider which consists of a resistance R1, R2. When the predetermined voltage is different from a measured voltage, an error signal is output from the glow plug observer 7. Thereby, an accuracy of a detection of a signal can be improved by using the inductance element L.
