According to the invention, at least the female contact 6 is always protected from attack by pollution from the environment and from the formation of ice by means of a completely closed container 8 which comprises a movable auxiliary leaktightness body 11, cooperating with the male contact 1, the said auxiliary body 11 permitting, during the coupling action, the entry of the said male contact 1 into the female contact 6 and making it possible to obtain the conduction condition and simultaneously to reestablish the leaktightness condition of the said container 8 and, during the reverse displacement, to establish the cutting of the coupling, and to reestablish the leaktightness action of the said container 8 intended to protect the said female contact.
