Zusammenfassung: | A mixed charge for cartridge ammunition, consisting of a mixture of propellent powder particles 6 and of spherical fragmentable charges 5. According to the invention the fragmentable charges 5 are obtained by compression of a propellent powder A in the form of particles, the said particles being coated with a mixture of polyvinyl nitrate and of a compound chosen from the group consisting of cellulose acetate and polyvinyl acetate. The charges according to the invention offer the advantage of retaining their properties even at high temperature and as a result find their preferential application in ammunition intended to be loaded on board combat aircraft.
LA PRESENTE INVENTION CONCERNE UN CHARGEMENT MIXTE POUR MUNITION AVEC DOUILLE CONSTITUE PAR UN MELANGE DE POUDRE PROPULSIVE EN GRAINS 6 ET DE CHARGES FRAGMENTABLES 5 EN FORME DE SPHERES.SELON L'INVENTION LES CHARGES FRAGMENTABLES 5 SONT OBTENUES PAR COMPRESSION D'UNE POUDRE PROPULSIVE A EN GRAINS, LESDITS GRAINS ETANT ENROBES PAR UN MELANGE DE NITRATE DE POLYVINYLE ET D'UN COMPOSE CHOISI DANS LE GROUPE CONSTITUE PAR L'ACETATE DE CELLULOSE ET L'ACETATE DE POLYVINYLE.LES CHARGEMENTS SELON L'INVENTION PRESENTENT L'AVANTAGE DE CONSERVER LEURS PROPRIETES MEME A HAUTE TEMPERATURE ET TROUVENT DE CE FAIT LEUR APPLICATION PRIVILEGIEE DANS LES MUNITIONS DESTINEES A ETRE EMBARQUEES A BORD DES AVIONS DE COMBAT. |
