Beschreibung
Zusammenfassung:Metallurgy. The process permits a more thorough removal of the impurities in the liquid metal, especially by virtue of the simultaneous melting of the charge and oxidation of the impurities, obtained by charging limestone flux onto the soleplate of the furnace as a slag-former, the charge being then poured onto the limestone flux together with iron ore, the quantity of limestone flux being from 3.0 to 5.0 % of the mass of the charge, and the quantity of iron ore from 1.5 to 3.0 % of the mass of the charge. The invention applies especially to the manufacture of components subjected to wear under percussive forces during their operation, for example the cast cores of railway crossings. L'INVENTION CONCERNE LA METALLURGIE.LE PROCEDE FAISANT L'OBJET DE L'INVENTION, PERMET UNE ELIMINATION PLUS POUSSEE DES IMPURETES DU METAL LIQUIDE, GRACE NOTAMMENT A LA REALISATION SIMULTANEE DE LA FUSION DE LA CHARGE ET DE L'OXYDATION DES IMPURETES, OBTENUE EN CHARGEANT SUR LA SOLE DU FOUR DE LA CASTINE EN TANT QUE SCORIFIANT, LA CHARGE ETANT VERSEE ENSUITE SUR LA CASTINE CONJOINTEMENT AVEC DU MINERAI DE FER, LA QUANTITE DE CASTINE ETANT DE 3,0 A 5,0 DE LA MASSE DE LA CHARGE, ET LA QUANTITE DE MINERAI DE FER, DE 1,5 A 3,0 DE LA MASSE DE LA CHARGE.L'INVENTION S'APPLIQUE NOTAMMENT A LA FABRICATION DES PIECES SOUMISES, PENDANT LEUR FONCTIONNEMENT, A L'USURE SOUS DES FORCES PERCUSSIVES, PAR EXEMPLE LES COEURS MOULES DES CROISEMENTS FERROVIAIRES.
