Ploughing installation for the underground mining of useful minerals

The invention relates to the underground mining of useful minerals. The installation forming the subject of the invention is characterised in that the mechanism for driving the ploughing system is provided with a movable group of hydraulic jacks 22 arranged along the frame 1 of the installation and joined to each other in series by articulations 23 fixed to slides 24, and additional longitudinal guides on which the slides 24 are mounted in a movable manner, one of the end hydraulic jacks 22 of the movable group being joined by an articulation to the movable element 29 of the fixed hydraulic jack 20, and the other being joined to the ploughing system. The invention may be used in particular for mining coal, salts and schists.
