Zusammenfassung: | The second zone of the development unit has a flap (9) of a conducting material for control of the developer powder's downward flow along the second feed unit (4). It can move between an open and a closed position and has an edge (11) which extends in the open position parallel to the photoconductor surface (2), and acts as developed electrode between the zones. Within the cylindrical housing (14) a rotor or paddle shaft (13) is rotatably mounted on a horizontal shaft (15). This shaft (15) is held in mountings (16, 17) and works in association with the main drive of an electrostatic copying appts. |
