The trim strip has a width of at least 300 mm. The invention also relates to a system of producing of fiber webs.
Keksinnön kohteena on menetelmä kuiturainojen valmistamiseksi, jossa menetelmässä massaa syötetään perälaatikosta (10) muodostusosaan (20), jossa vettä poistetaan massasta vedenpoistovälineillä ja kuituraina muodostetaan, jossa vettä edelleen poistetaan puristinosassa (30) puristamalla kuiturainaa, jossa seuraavassa kuivatusosassa (40) kuiturainaa kuivataan, jossa kuituraina rullataan konerullaksi kiinnirullaimella (80), jossa konerulla aukirullataan pituusleikkurin (90) aukirullaimella, ja sitten pituusleikataan pituusleikkurin (90) leikkurissa osakuiturainoiksi, jotka osakuiturainat rullataan asiakasrulliksi pituusleikkurin (90) rullaimella, jossa menetelmässä kuituraina trimmataan ennen rullausta kiinnirullaimella ainakin yhdellä trimmausleikkauslaitteella (100), jossa trimmauksessa ainakin yksi trimminauha poistetaan kuiturainan ainakin yhdestä reunasta.
