Zusammenfassung:	A device for collecting and transferring samples in anaerobiosis, comprising a vessel (1) with an opening (2), and a closure (4) for covering the opening (2), in which the closure (4) incorporates a manually operated activator plug (6) that releases an activator element contained in a bag (8) to start a chain of reactions determined by a reagent material (13) capable of creating an anaerobic atmosphere inside the vessel (1). The device is preferably designed for the case in which said samples are stool, of human or animal origin, with the aim of preserving the viability of the gut microbiota and being able to proceed with their later revival in the laboratory.
