Composición farmacéutica para su uso para deshidratar, atrofiar y eliminar tejidos patológicos, que comprende material compuesto de sal férrica polimérica inorgánica o material compuesto de sal férrica polimérica inorgánica y poli(sulfato férrico) como sus principios activos, en la que dicho material compuesto de sal férrica polimérica inorgánica se selecciona de un grupo que consiste en sales férricas de polisilicato, y sales férricas de polifosfato y en la que dichas sales férricas de poli-silicato son sulfato-silicato férrico polimérico (PFSS) y/o poli(silicato-cloruro férrico) (PFSC), y dichas sales férricas de polifosfato son sulfatos férricos de polifosfato (PPFS). The present invention provides a pharmaceutical composition for dehydrating, atrophying and eliminating pathological tissues comprising inorganic polymeric ferric salt and/or inorganic polymeric ferric salt composite as its active ingredients, in which the inorganic polymeric ferric salt is polyferric sulfate, and the inorganic polymeric ferric salt composite is selected from a group consisting of poly-silicate ferric salts, polyphosphate ferric salts and their analogue. A surprising medical effect can be reached by treating pathological tissues with the pharmaceutical composition of the present invention which will make the treated pathological tissues dehydrated, atrophied, and absorbed or sloughed off. The pharmaceutical composition of the present invention is cost-effective, convenient to use and has significant effects in treatment of hemorrhoids, hemangiomas, varix, hygromas, abscess, tumors, scalding and burning wounds, bleeding traumatic wounds, and/or local injuries caused by chemical agents or microorganism.
