Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to a compound of formula (I) derived from maleimide and that has the ability to reversibly or irreversibly inhibit the GSK-3 enzyme in the micro- and nanomolar ranges. The present invention likewise relates to the use of these compounds for producing a drug for treating and/or preventing diseases in which GSK-3 is implicated, such as neurodegenerative diseases, inflammatory diseases, cancer or diabetes. These compounds can also be used to promote regenerative processes in various tissues.
