Dicho sistema permite el transporte de células garantizando su integridad y viabilidad durante todo el proceso siendo adaptable a una gran variedad de formatos y cubriendo un amplio rango de aplicaciones. El sistema de la invención permite suministrar células listas para su utilización, con un requerimiento de manipulación y conocimientos mínimos en técnicas de biología celular. En particular la invención hace referencia a una mezcla de agarosa más agarasa que cubre o envuelve, dependiendo del formato del sistema de transporte seleccionado, el cultivo celular protegiéndolo durante el proceso de transporte, así como a la metodología de recuperación celular de las células transportadas en el sistema proporcionando un cultivo celular listo para su uso. |
