Compuestos fluorescentes para diagnóstico de infecciones, procedimiento de obtención y sus aplicaciones. La presente invención describe nuevos compuestos fluorescentes análogos de alquilfosfolípidos, que contienen en su estructura grupos fluorescentes de alta fotoestabilidad y que emiten en la zona de longitudes de onda del espectro visible. Dichos compuestos se incorporan fácilmente a microorganismos, permitiendo la detección e identificación de estos organismos mediante microscopia de fluorescencia. Asimismo, los nuevos compuestos fluorescentes permiten diagnosticar de forma rápida y sencilla la presencia de microorganismos patógenos caracterizados por ser resistentes al tratamiento con alquilfosfolípidos. |
