Cylinder and reservoir tube with welded bottom for damper

The present invention relates to a reservoir and cylinder tube (1), particularly for a damper, the internal surface (7) of which constitutes the passageway for a cylinder body, including a bottom (2) which, by a welding method, is fixed in gastight manner to one end of the cylinder and reservoir tube at a surface (3) and which limits an internal cavity of the cylinder and reservoir tube, characterised in that the bottom (2) includes a device (6) for protection against weld splashes, which device is situated between the weld bead and the internal cavity of the cylinder and reservoir tube, in a groove (5) provided in the edge region (4) of the bottom (2). The bottom (2) has a fastening projection (8) which may be equipped with a screw thread (9). EL TUBO EN FORMA DE CILINDRO/RECIPIENTE ESTA PREVISTO PARA ELIMINAR LAS SALPICADURAS EN AMORTIGUADORES DE VIBRACIONES.
