12-aminoalkanoyl-dibenzo-[d,g] [1,3,6] dioxazocines and a process for the preparation thereof

Aminoalkanoyl-dibenzo-[d,g] [1,3,6] dioxazocines of the formula < IMAGE > wherein X is hydrogen or halo A is a valence bond or a C1-10 straight or branched chained alkylene R1 and R2 are independently hydrogen, C1-4alkyl or C3-6cycloalkyl or R1 and R2 together with the nitrogen they are attached to and optionally with one or more further nitrogen, oxygen and/or sulfur atoms (s) form a 5- to 6- membered heterocyclic group optionally substituted with C1-4 alkyl and pharmaceutically acceptable acid addition salts thereof, have local anaesthetic, tranquillo-sedative, antiparkinsonic antiarhythmic and antianginous activity. PROCEDIMIENTO DE PREPARAR NUEVAS AMINOALCANOIL-DIBENZO(D,G)(1,3,6)DIOXAZOCINAS, DE LA FORMULA (I) DADA EN LA DESCRIPCION, SEGUN LA CUAL UNA DIBENZO(D,G)(1,3,6)DIOXAZOCINA SE ACILA CON UN COMPUESTO DE LA FORMULA HAL-C=O-A-HAL'' Y LA ALCANOIL-DIBENZO(D,G)(1,3,6)DIOXAZOCINA ASI OBTENIDA SE HACE REACCIONAR CON UNA AMINA; EN LA DESCRIPCION Y LAS REIVINDICACIONES SE PRESENTAN ALTERNATIVAS QUE ACABAN OPCIONALMENTE CON LA CONVERSION DEL PRODUCTO EN UNA SAL DE ADICION DE ACIDO O CON LA LIBERACION DEL COMPUESTO DE FORMULA (I) DE UNA SAL DE ADICION DE ACIDO, MEDIANTE EL EMPLEO DE UNA BASE. LOS COMPUESTOS OBTENIDOS SON PARTICULARMENTE APLICABLES COMO ANESTESICOS, TRANQUILO-SEDANTES Y ANTIPARKINSONICOS.
