Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a method for controlling an automatic screwing machine, which comprises: a screwing unit for automatic screwing of a screw into a component; and a control unit for controlling the screwing unit using a screwing program stored in the screwing unit, which defines the temporal progression of a target rotational speed at which the screw is driven during the screwing process and, optionally also a feed force exerted on the screw during a screwing process; wherein the control unit records a dataset relating to the screwing process during a screwing process, which dataset comprises the temporal progressions of the following screwing parameters: an actual rotational speed of the screw, a torque exerted on the screw, a feed position of the screw, and a feed speed of the screw. The control unit transmits the recorded dataset to a remote data processing unit, in which the screwing process is evaluated by means of artificial intelligence based on the transmitted dataset. |
