Zusammenfassung:A passive self-adjusting flow regulator adapted to vary a level of flow modulation in dependence upon a pressure of air in a fluid supply path inflating a bladder of a hemodynamic parameter measurement cuff. The flow regulator includes a structure which has a physical configuration arranged to vary as a function of fluid pressure in the fluid supply path, and wherein the varying physical configuration changes a level of flow modulation. One set of embodiments employs a self-regulating vent valve structure. A further set of embodiments employs a self-regulating fluid resistance structure.
