Zusammenfassung:	A riboflavin solution for use in corneal strengthening treatment and the like has a higher concentration of riboflavin and may include other components for increasing corneal cross-linking. The solution can be oxygen saturated for improved oxygen supply to the cornea. A preparation device and method for buffing the corneal epithelium allows better penetration of the epithelium by riboflavin solution when subsequently applied to the eye.
