The manufacturing method produces a system that exhibits higher initial displacement force and dislodgement force and comprises the following steps:* Providing the stent (30) and the delivery device (10, 110) with a folded balloon (119),* Crimping the stent (30) onto the material of said folded balloon (119) forming the outer shell surface, and* Providing an ultrasonic treatment to the stent (30) after crimping and/or during crimping.
