Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to pharmaceutical composition in the form of capsule having enteric coating microtablets comprising lansoprazole wherein microtablets further comprising at least one surfactant, at least one pH modifier and further at least other pharmaceutically excipient and wherein enteric coating comprising metacrylic acid copolymer dispersion. The capsule is obtained by a process which is free of solvent, the process is simple, rapid, cost effective, time-saving and industrially convenient process.
