Zusammenfassung:	An electrolytic device includes: an electrolytic tank; an ion exchange membrane configured to partition the electrolytic tank into a cathode chamber and an anode chamber; a catholyte supply unit configured to supply an electrolytic solution serving as a catholyte to the cathode chamber; a catholyte discharge unit configured to discharge the catholyte from the cathode chamber; an anolyte supply unit configured to supply an electrolytic solution serving as an anolyte to the anode chamber; an anolyte discharge unit configured to discharge the anolyte from the anode chamber; a cathode provided on a surface of the ion exchange membrane on the cathode chamber side; an anode provided on a surface of the ion exchange membrane on the anode chamber side; a cathode side power feeder provided in the cathode chamber and configured to supply electric power to the cathode; and an anode side power feeder provided in the anode chamber and configured to supply electric power to the anode. A pH of the catholyte is lower than a pH of the anolyte.
