Zusammenfassung:The disclosure relates to a method for localizing an augmented reality device within a virtual map of a real-world environment by matching a single real-world identifier data to a virtual-world identifier data and using the identifier position and the coordinate system orientation of the real-world identifier, in combination with a previously stored identifier orientation of the virtual-world identifier.A corresponding augmented reality device for performing such a method and a computer program product is disclosed as well.
