Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to a modular and versatile perfusion device (1) for preserving an organ under adjustable operating conditions, comprising a plurality of removable elements (6) connected to the primary circuit (4) arranged in a central portion (9) of the support (2), wherein each removable element (6) is connected to the central portion (9) by means of an anchoring plate (7) moveable along a connection guide (8) of the support (2) and fixed thereto by means of at least one fixing element, thus enabling each removable element (6) to be placed as required in a desired position along the connection guide (8), such that the arrangement, type and number of removable elements (6) of the primary circuit (4) can be modified as required depending on the type of organ and the desired operating conditions such as normothermia, sub-normothermia and hypothermia
