Zusammenfassung:Provided is an apparatus including: a report acquisition unit configured to acquire a report of an abnormality having occurred in a facility; a work plan output unit configured to output a work plan for dealing with an abnormality indicated as abnormality information in the report; an evaluation acquisition unit configured to acquire an evaluation of work according to the work plan output from the work plan output unit; and an update unit configured to update output content of the work plan by the work plan output unit by using the evaluation acquired by the evaluation acquisition unit.
