The guide grooves (70) each include an inclined guiding portion (72) configured to guide the plunger rod (82) in an axial direction and a direction of rotation and a straight guiding portion (74) extending from each inclined guiding portion (72) toward the distal end. The guide grooves (70) are configured to complete administration of a medication while the plunger rod (82) moves along the inclined guiding portions (72) and generate a second informing sound when engagement sections (98) move along the straight guiding portions (74) and abut on distal ends of leading grooves (108) of a top (88).
