The resource indication method includes: sending resource indication information of a transport block (TB) to a terminal device, in which the TB occupies a target symbol resource of at least one target slot; and the resource indication information is used for indicating the slot number of target slots, and/or is used for indicating the number of symbols of the target symbol resource.
