According to various embodiments disclosed in the present document, an electronic device may comprise: a first housing; a second housing which is pivotally coupled to the first housing and is pivoted between a first position where the second housing is at least partially opposite to the first housing and a second position where the second housing is unfolded by a predetermined angle from the first position; a hinge module which provides at least one folding axis and by which the first housing and the second housing are coupled pivotally about the folding axis; and a hinge cover which is disposed between the first housing and the second housing and is coupled to cover at least a part of the hinge module, wherein at least a part of the hinge cover is configured to be located closer to the hinge module in the second position than in the first position.
