Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to a NCO-terminated urethane preprolymer based on at least a polyol oligomer and a diisocyanate, wherein the polyol oligomer is polyhydroxyalkanoate-diol oligomers (oligoPHA-diol) having a hydroxyl value of more than or equal to 149 mgKOH/g, and the diisocyanate is selected from the list consisting of 1,4-butane diisocyanate (BDI), hexamethylene diisocyanate (6-HDI), dimeryl diisocyanate (DDI), pentamethylene diisocyanate (PDI), L-lysine diisocyanate (LDI), 1,7-heptamethylene diisocyanate (7-HDI), and mixtures thereof. The invention also relates to a method for preparing such a NCO-terminated urethane prepolymer and for a method for preparing polyhydroxyalkanoate-diol oligomers (oligoPHA-diol). The invention also relates to a hemostatic tissue adhesive composition and a hemostatic tissue adhesive. The invention also relates to a kit for the preparation of a hemostatic tissue adhesive.
