Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to a stretching device (16) for parking a leaf of a window or a door at least on one side, preferably exactly on one side, in particular on the upper side. According to the invention, the extension device (16) has an adjustable end stop, up to which the slider (22) can be moved in order to bring the extension device (16) into its maximum parking position. Preferably, the end stop is connected to a spring (40) of the locking device (42), the spring (40) releasably holding the slider (22) on the end stop in order to prevent closing. The adjustment of the end stop preferably changes the preloading of the spring (40) such that the change of the end stop causes a change in the magnitude of the locking force of the locking device (42). The invention further relates to an in particular pivotable window or in particular pivotable door, the opening device (16) being preferably arranged on the upper side between a fixed frame and a leaf of the window or of the door.
