Zusammenfassung:A method for direct-current (DC) carrier location reporting, a terminal device, and a network device are provided, which are beneficial to reducing signaling overhead in DC location reporting. The method includes the following. A terminal device determines at least one DC carrier location offset, where each of the at least one DC carrier location offset indicates a frequency offset for a DC carrier location used by the terminal device relative to a reference DC carrier location. The terminal device reports the at least one DC carrier location offset to a network device.
