In order that hardness of a part including a flavor source in a flavor-generating article is increased without increasing a filling amount, the flavor-generating article includes: a first part; and a second part that is adjacent to the first part in a longitudinal direction, the first part including a flavor source that includes tobacco strands arrayed in the longitudinal direction, an inner rolling sheet that wraps the flavor source, and an outer rolling sheet that wraps an outer periphery of the inner rolling sheet, the inner rolling sheet being thicker than the outer rolling sheet, and having a plurality of first grooves along the longitudinal direction at least in an inner surface of the inner rolling sheet, at least part of the tobacco strands entering the plurality of first grooves of the inner rolling sheet.
