Zusammenfassung:	An electronic conference where a user to be involved in correspondence of an event is invited is held. In the electronic conference, a server device receives data including at least one of an image and a voice from at least one of a terminal device (300) and a control device (100) connected through a network, and distributes the received data to a device different from a transmission source of the data. When the control device detects the event, in a network system (1), a convocation notice to the electronic conference corresponding to the event is transmitted to at least one user to be involved in correspondence of the event through the network.
