Beschreibung
Zusammenfassung:The present invention addresses the problem of providing a novel artificial nucleic acid, a method for producing the artificial nucleic acid, and a use of the artificial nucleic acid. The problem can be solved by an artificial nucleic acid having units derived from compound represented by formula (1) or a salt thereof:[wherein: "Base" represents an aromatic heterocyclic group or an aromatic hydrocarbon ring group which may have a substituent; A1 represents a single bond or an alkylene group; R1 and R2 are the same as or different from each other and independently represent a hydrogen atom, an alkyl group, an alkenyl group, a cycloalkyl group, a cycloalkenyl group, or an aryl group which may have a substituent, a protecting group for a hydroxyl group, a phosphino group which has a substituent, or a dihydroxyphosphinyl group or a hydroxymercaptophosphinyl group which may have a substituent, or R1, R2, two oxygen atoms respectively adjacent to R1 and R2 and carbon atoms at position-3 to position-5 in a furanose together form a ring which may have a substituent; R3 represents a hydrogen atom, an alkyl group, an alkenyl group, a cycloalkyl group, an aryl group, or an acyl group which may have a substituent, a sulfonyl group or a silyl group which has a substituent, a functional molecule unit substituent, or a group represented by the formula: R31-X- (wherein R31 represents an amino group which may have a substituent; and X represents an alkylene group which may have a substituent, or a group having such a structure that at least one methylene group moiety in the alkylene group is substituted by -N(R32)- (wherein R32 represents a hydrogen atom or an alkyl group), -O- or -S(= O)k- (wherein k represents 0, 1 or 2)); R4 represents a hydrogen atom, an alkyl group or an aryl group which may have a substituent; R5 represents a hydrogen atom, an alkyl group or an aryl group which may have a substituent; R4 and R5 do not represent hydrogen atoms coincidentally; and n represents 0 or 1].
