Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to kinds and effects of various materials derived from the placenta, in particular, kinds and effects of diverse biomolecules including: extracellular vesicle (EV) derived from the placenta, umbilical cord and/or cord blood, placental mesenchymal stem cell (pMSC) derived from the placenta, umbilical cord and/or cord blood, EVs derived from the above bio-materials, as well as miRNA and cargo contained in the above EVs. In this regard, miRNA contained in the EV efficiently degrades RNA genome of corona virus, thereby exhibiting direct anti-viral effects. Further, indirect effects of preventing and treating different virus infections owing to anti-inflammatory effects of various biomolecules inherently included in EV, can be identified, thereby completing the present invention. |
