The electronic device may comprise: a housing; a flexible display configured to move with respect to at least a portion of the housing; and at least one noise sensing integrated circuit disposed within the housing, wherein the at least one noise sensing integrated circuit may comprise: a substrate; a microphone integrated circuit disposed on the substrate; a vibration sensing sensor disposed on the substrate; a shielding member disposed on the substrate and surrounding the vibration sensing sensor; and a waterproof member disposed on the shielding member and covering the vibration sensing sensor.
