The second conductive layer can comprise a ground pattern, which overlaps on the first patch antenna, the second patch antenna, the third patch antenna, the first transmission line, the second transmission line, and the third transmission line, when facing the second conductive layer in a third direction that is perpendicular to the first direction and the second direction.
