In the apparatus, the build box (20) includes a side wall portion (40 40A) having a first tubular member (41, 41A) surrounding the stage (24) and a second tubular member (42, 42A) surrounding the stage (24) with the first tubular member (41, 41A) interposed therebetween and forming a space (47, 47A) with the first tubular member (41, 41A), and a refrigerant supply unit (62) that supplies a refrigerant to the space (47).
