Also provided in the present invention are an isolated polynucleotide encoding the antibody or the antigen-binding fragment thereof and a vector containing the isolated polynucleotide of the present invention. Further provided in the present invention is the use of the antibody or the antigen-binding fragment thereof according to the present invention in the preparation of a drug, the drug being used for treating and/or preventing a disease that benefits from an enhanced immune response, wherein the disease is cancer.
