Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to a device (30) and a method for disinfecting medium-using channels and to the use of the device (30), the device (30) comprising a nozzle (32) and an adapter (50), and the adapter (50) surrounding a chamber and having a first and a second opening. The adapter (50) is connected to the nozzle (32) via the first opening and the nozzle (32) has at least one connection for supplying a disinfectant. The nozzle (32) has a discharge opening via which supplied disinfectant can be introduced into the space spanned by the adapter (50), and the adapter (50) can be sealingly placed on a channel opening via the second opening.
