Zusammenfassung:	A nautical chart processing device (109) is provided. The nautical chart processing device (109) includes a reception unit (109a) to receive position information indicating position of a pair of base points (205a and 205b) on an electronic chart (105a) and a measurement point setting unit (109b) to set a movable measurement point (211) on a straight line (209) connecting the pair of base points (205a and 205b). The movable measurement point (211) is movable in real time. Further, the nautical chart processing device (109) includes a calculation unit (109c) to calculate, on the electronic chart (105a), a distance (213a or 213b) between the movable measurement point (211) and at least one base point of the pair of base points (205a or 205b) and an output unit (109d) to output position information of the movable measurement point (211) and the calculated distance (213a or 213b).
