The interior of the housing (10) is divided by the substrate (20) into a plurality of spaces. In the plurality of spaces, the distance between the substrate (20) or the electronic component (25) on the substrate (20) and the substrate holding portion (30), the housing (10), another substrate (20), or an electronic component (25) on the another substrate (20) is 0.3 mm to 1.5 mm.
