The at least one open channel portion (18) comprises at least one helical portion (22,24), wherein a first helical portion (22) is connected to the at least one redirecting portion (26), wherein a second helical portion (24) is connected to the at least one redirecting portion (26). Furthermore, a method for connecting the connecting member with an object by means an adhesive is provided.
