Zusammenfassung:Disclosed is a method of manufacturing an organic light-emitting diode, the method comprising forming an organic alloy by heat-treating a first organic compound and a second organic compound at a temperature greater than or equal to the evaporation temperature of the first and second organic compounds, wherein a difference in evaporation temperatures of the first and second organic compounds is less than or equal to about 20 °C at less than or equal to about 10-3 torr, and dry-coating the organic to form an organic layer in the light-emitting organic diode.
