description Disclosed is a ferrite-based steel sheet that has excellent corrosion resistance for an exhaust system while containing a reduced amount of Cr which is an expensive element. The ferrite-based steel sheet having excellent corrosion resistance for an exhaust system according to an embodiment of the present disclosure includes, 0.02% or less of carbon (C), 0.02% or less of nitrogen (N), 2.0% or less of silicon (Si), 0.5% or less of manganese (Mn), 3.0 to 5.5% of chromium (Cr), 0.001 to 0.3% of titanium (Ti), 1.0 to 4.0% of aluminum (Al), and the balance of iron (Fe) and inevitable impurities, wherein the ferrite-based steel sheet has a surface scale layer and satisfies a maximum content of 15.0% or more for Al and a maximum content of 3.0% or less for Si in a range from a surface to the depth of 0.2 µm.
