Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a system and a method for catalytically producing diesel oil from a starting material selected from the group of waste materials, such as plastics (RE, PP, PET, PVC, etc.), cellulose-containing materials, and biomaterials, comprising at least one feeding system for the solid starting material, a reaction unit, at least one single-part or multipart separating and segregating unit, and at least one sediment preparation stage for solid materials and/or sediments. The reaction unit has a reactor for treating a mixed phase of a liquid carrier phase and a solid starting material, said reactor comprising an inlet for the starting material, a head outlet for the gas or steam phase, an outlet which is connected to the discharge system, and at least one motor-driven stirring assembly for homogenizing and agitating the reactor contents. The reactor additionally has a cutting mechanism which is rotatably driven by a motor for comminuting the starting material in a percussive and/or cutting manner. |
