Zusammenfassung:A method for optimising an autonomous vehicle comprises the steps: a) selecting from a database a traffic scenario which describes a trajectory of a vehicle; b) defining, for a sequence of stopping points of the vehicle along the trajectory, of in each case one permissible stopping point (8) which includes the stopping point and in which the vehicle can stop without colliding, c) searching, on the basis of a value of at least one parameter of the autonomous vehicle, for a trajectory of the autonomous vehicle which runs through the sequence of permissible stopping points, assessing the vehicle as suitable for the selected scenario if the search of step c) is successful .
