description | The invention discloses a benzoxazine adhesive for polyethylene and the preparation and application method thereof. The preparation method of the invention has simple and controllable synthesis conditions and high synthesis efficiency. The benzoxazine group-containing long-chain alkane synthesized with the method described in the invention can be used as an adhesive with high adhesion strength directly; or used as a basic ingredient to produce another adhesive after being added in other fillers so as to meet the different needs of various special occasions. The invention has combined the hydrogen-bond interaction, the compatibility between the long-chain alkyl group and the polyethylene, and the benzoxazine component skillfully. It has realized the preparation of an adhesive with high adhesion strength relying on the no volume shrinkage, high adhesive strength and other characteristics of the benzoxazine during the polymerization and combined with the adhesive properties provided by the hydrogen-bond interaction. |
